Returns

Returns policy:

The following regulation applies to the taking back of medicinal products as returns and in the event of a recall.

  1. General requirements for returns
    1.1. A return is the return of marketable medicines within the meaning of Section 7b of the AM-HandelsV to Mertz Pharma Handel GmbH, from which they were previously obtained directly.
    1.2. Complete this
    returns form. It must be fully completed, stamped and signed.
    1.3. A copy of the invoice and the completed return form (original) must be enclosed with the return.
    1.4. The return is to be sent in a solid outer carton (ie no mailing bag!) and sufficient and carefully selected packaging material as well as sufficient postage.
    1.5. In order to ensure a controlled dispatch of the medicines, the return must be carried out with a qualified pharmaceutical logistics service provider - ( trans-o-flex or Thermomed ),

1.6. atchilled goodsis always onetemperature logadded for the time of storage.

  1. Exclusion from returns
    2.1. Expired goods cannot be returned.
    2.2. Goods with the following characteristics cannot be returned:
    1. Goods obtained from other pharmaceutical wholesalers or pharmacies
    2. Damaged goods caused by your own fault
    3. Goods with third-party labels
    4. incomplete packs
    5. Packs with different batches that do not correspond to the delivery note
    6. Goods for which the returns form in accordance with section 1.2. is not filled out completely and/or no copy of the invoice is enclosed.
    2.3. Goods on special offer that were delivered at special conditions due to a short remaining term cannot be taken back as a matter of principle.
    2.4. Articles with a different packaging will not be taken back as long as they are still marketable.

  2. Credit of a return
    3.1. The remuneration of the return is based on the AEK/HAP valid at the time of the return and is limited to the purchase price actually paid after deduction of all price discounts granted.
    3.2. Returns are reimbursed in the form of a credit note or replacement goods. Customers who participate in direct debit will receive a credit to their account for automatic settlement. Customers who do not participate in this procedure will receive a refund.
    3.3. Goods purchased directly from us, which are sent to us and whose remaining term is more than 12 months upon receipt of the goods in our company, will be processed in accordance with Section 3.1. credited.
    3.4. Loss of stock value adjustments due to price changes are not carried out.

  3. recall
    4.1. In the event of a recall, the goods must be returned to us immediately in accordance with the recall text published in the trade press and with sufficient postage.
    4.2. According to Section 4.1. Returned goods will be accepted and, in accordance with Section 3.1. credited.
    4.3. When crediting recalled goods, the postage costs will not be reimbursed.
    4.4. There is no entitlement to further expense allowance.
    4.5. Recall goods that have already expired on the date of the recall cannot be credited and will be destroyed.
